A number of Partnerships working across Highland feed into and deliver against the HOIP and report to the Highland Community Planning Partnership Board. Further information on each of these Partnerships can be found using the links below
Highland Alcohol & Drugs Partnership
The Highland Alcohol & Drugs Partnership (HADP) works to achieve improved outcomes for Highland communities across a broad spectrum of alcohol and drug related issues. These range from prevention and whole population approaches through to supporting the delivery of high quality treatment services and support for recovery.
Highland Community Justice Partnership
The Community Justice (Scotland) Act 2016 (“the Act”) requires community justice partners to produce a Community Justice Outcomes Improvement Plan (CJOIP) for each local authority area, outlining how they intend to work together to reduce reoffending. Partners must report annually on progress against locally and nationally determined outcomes.
Community Learning and Development Partnership
The Community Learning and Development Partnership is responsible for delivering against the priorities described in the Highland Outcome Improvement Plan 2024-2027. These are closely aligned with Community Learning and Development (CLD) in Highland which is rooted in the domains of adult learning, youth work and community development.
Integrated Children's Service Planning Board
The Integrated Children’s Service Planning Board and Highland Children’s Service Plan 2023 – 2026 sit within the structure of the HCPP. The Board leads the improvement of outcomes for all Highland’s Children and Families.
Highland Health & Social Care Partnership
The Highland Health & Social Care Partnership have published their first Highland Health and Social Care Partnership plan for Adult Services. The plan sets out their vision and ambitions for how they will work with partners to improve the health and wellbeing of adults in Highland over the next 3 years. It also outlines the significant challenges that they will face as they strive to deliver services that reduce inequalities.
