Highland Employer Charter
About the Highland Employer Charter
The Highland Employer Charter is a completely free employer initiative that champions good practice in employment to support Highland employees and sustainable leadership throughout the Highland region.
The charter places our Highland residents at the heart of the initiative, supporting Highland employees through supporting the real living wage, employee wellbeing, family friendly working, and facilitating education and progression.
We want to recognise and highlight the work and investment being conducted in the region to support Highland Economies, Communities and People, by our Highland Employers, giving you the confidence that roles advertised by chartered employers are excellent opportunities to thrive in the Highlands.
The Highland Employer Charter is comprised or 4 Key Pillars which encapsulate and define the areas that exemplify an employer of choice.
